Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of any part of the Application or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

In cases where delegated scoring is used (i.e. when one user submits scores on behalf of another), both sets of scores will be recorded. The submitting user will be given an opportunity to review and, if necessary, deselect any scores.
