This Privacy Policy applies to the Woolsey Fairway Application (hereafter “Application”) created by John Keuler (hereafter “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided on an “as is” basis.

Google Calendar Access
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, the Application requests permission to create and manage calendar events for tee times and round invitations that you accept. The Application uses Google Calendar access only to add, update, or remove tee time events related to your use of The Woolsey Fairway.
The Application stores encrypted Google OAuth tokens so it can keep accepted tee time events in sync. The Application does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not share Google Calendar data except as necessary to provide the calendar sync feature or comply with law.
You can disconnect Google Calendar from your profile at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored connection tokens from the Application and stops future automatic calendar sync.
The Service Provider may use your information to contact you with important updates, required notices, or marketing promotions.
Third-Party Access
Aggregated, anonymized data may be shared with third-party services to help improve the Application. Please review those providers’ privacy policies for more details.
Opt-Out and Data Retention
You may stop the collection of information by uninstalling the Application. The Service Provider retains your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, and for a reasonable period thereafter. To request data deletion, please contact [email protected].
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if such data is discovered, it will be promptly deleted.
Security
